When you create a Psybites account, we collect your username, email address, password authentication record, account creation date, and your privacy and email consent choices.

Why we use it

We use this information to create your account, let you sign in, protect your profile, remember your game account details, and contact you about your account. We only send game or feature update emails if you choose the optional email updates checkbox.

Where it is stored

Account email and authentication data is stored with Supabase, our third-party account service provider. Local copies of basic account details may also be stored in your browser so the site can show your profile on this device.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymise the data we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep something for longer.

Your choices

You can choose whether to receive email updates. You can withdraw marketing consent or ask for your account data to be deleted at any time.

Deleting your data

To request deletion of your Psybites account and associated email data, email [email protected]. Include the email address used for your account so the request can be matched.
